Extremely satisfied with the service. Staff are very nice and helpful. Dr Kha is very konwlagable and she did a very detailed exam. All my questions answered and gave clear recommendations.
Dr. koh is really nice. Explain the deail clearly.But the reception guy is very rude and impatient. There was no response when I talked to him. He just tossed the paper and credit cards around. I would not go back because I feel unrespect and offended by the reception guy.
1. They claimed that contact lenses prescription is $39 a year but actually $99. They charge hidden fee.2. The doctor is arrogant. She recommended me contact products, which is the most expensive ones. With prescription my eyes not feel comfortable a few hours after the fitting. Respond was very slow and no solution provided.
