I did the washing and fold service and it was excellent. The owner was responsive and made suggestions and ask questions about what kind of wash detergents I wanted to use. My clothing was ready on time and folded very nicely. I recommend the service highly.

The place was clean and overall a good laundromat. Only reason I'm keeping a star is because they don't answer their phone that's listed. I realized I forgot something there and wanted to see if by chance it hadn't been taken, but can't get anyone on the phone.

RONALD the manager & the owner are to be praised for their EXCELLENT management of the El Camino Laundromat in Mountain View CA! My teams have been coming here because of the excellent services, cleaned machines, and the on-site manager RONALD (Ron) has the much needed awesome presence and wise insights to deter people who vandalize and take advantage of such wonderful and much needed laundromat in the area! There are Medical / Law / Business … graduate students, travelers, workers, and local residents who frequent this awesome facility! THANK YOU for keeping it 10 STARS!
