I was admittedly nervous about procuring TCM outside of Hong Kong, but after stopping by here I'm a lot more comfortable with sourcing them in the South Bay. From the pristine state of the shop to the warm hospitality I received from the moment I entered, this place is definitely a shop I'll be returning to often. The staff are remarkably friendly and genuinely helpful, playing a huge role in making the experience smooth as silk.I came in with a prescription from abroad and with their help we managed to figure out a dosage to start me off with. Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable. I knew what I wanted going in but even if I didn't, I know they would have been just as helpful. Went into where each herb was grown, what the differences were, what time of year to take them, how to use them, etc. Really appreciated that so much time was given to go over the herbs.
