Phil and his Blue Water Pools team did a pool and spa remodel for us. Blue Water Pools, based in Silicon Valley, in Mountain View, CA was founded in 1989 by owners Phil and Jesse Cook. We have always built distinctive swimming pools, spas and waterfeatures. We are Swimming Pool Builders, licensed by the California State Licence Board. Owner Phil Cook, active in the industry today, is a Member of NSPI ( National Spa and Pool Industry Association ), and served as president of the IPSSA ( Independent Pool and Spa Service Association ).
