Took my newly adopted 11 week old kittens.The receptionist, tech and Dr. were all outstanding, friendly, compassionate and professional. Above all, they made mw feel very relaxed and at ease.
My cat is undergoing a complex and many-step process for travel, and I found the staff at Alpine to be very knowledgeable, friendly, and transparent. Dr. Hsu was attentive to every detail of my cat's medical records and our discussion. My cat is easily overstimulated and angry at the vet, so huge thanks to Dr. Hsu, Sami, Don, and Dan for providing such a kind and caring environment for her!
We love bringing our cats here. Sami is the best. She is super friendly and she taught us how to train our little one because we are new cat parents. Sami goes above and beyond. Dan was a helpful nurse and answered all our questions. Dr. Hsu was calm, confident and made us feel at ease as we were worried about our little baby. Overall this is a great place to take your pets and I highly recommend it.
