We had a very leaky bathtub faucet and needed work done replacing the valve and handle on the commode. Brian arrived in a couple of hours fixed everything in a half an hour. Wow! He was very fast and professional and got the job done quickly. Highly recommended!
Brian was so responsive and professional. In a hurry to get leaks fixed he was there within 24 hrs. I called him numerous times, talked to him about idea with switching out a tub into a walk in shower. He never got irritated. My favorite thing about his professionalism was that my 90 year dad was determined to help Brian; Brian never asked him to leave and was always respectful towards my elderly father, and allowed him to do certain things, despite me knowing this made more work for Brian.
