We had a very leaky bathtub faucet and needed work done replacing the valve and handle on the commode. Brian arrived in a couple of hours fixed everything in a half an hour. Wow! He was very fast and professional and got the job done quickly. Highly recommended!

Brian was so responsive and professional. In a hurry to get leaks fixed he was there within 24 hrs. I called him numerous times, talked to him about idea with switching out a tub into a walk in shower. He never got irritated. My favorite thing about his professionalism was that my 90 year dad was determined to help Brian; Brian never asked him to leave and was always respectful towards my elderly father, and allowed him to do certain things, despite me knowing this made more work for Brian. I could not recommend a better plumbing service. I know I'll use him in the future, if something arises.MahoganyServices: Shower installation

Brian with Mt. Shasta plumbing was amazing. The first issue he was out within 24hrs. Then he was out 4 more times when we discussed going from a bathtub to shower. He did the project from start to finish. My favorite thing in professionalism was how he treated my 90 year dad, allowing him to help out,, when I know this added more work to Brian.
