Was quoted ~$500 for a project by Tom Houston, the owner, and ended up with a $1300 bill with no explanation or notice that the quote had nearly tripled. Upon calling Tom and questioning the charges I was yelled at to "just pay the bill and give me the money" and immediately hung up on. I called back and was sent to voicemail. If you're reading this-steer clear.
