I was supposed to get on a plane the next morning at 6 am to leave town for a few weeks when my pipes backed up and all my bathroom drains were ready to overflow at 9 pm. Phil was the only person to return my emergency call. He arrived within the hour and worked until midnight to resolve what would have otherwise been a disaster on so many fronts.
