I rarely write reviews, in fact I don't think I have written one in years but Village Center Dry Cleaners is so worthy of one. I received my bridesmaid dress (online order) a week before a wedding I was in and panicked because it came as wrinkled as a piece of clothing could be. After trying to find a place local that had a cheap steamer to purchase and not finding anything, I decided to give Village Cleaners a try. I called and they told me to bring it down. I had literally one day to get it looking good for the dress rehearsal the next day and boy did they deliver. Not only did it look PERFECT, there wasn't a single little wrinkle or flaw, but the service was totally affordable.Lastly, I'd like to add that the staff and the owner of the business were kind, professional and so easy to deal with. I just went back to them today to drop off my laundry for their wash and fold service because my dryer isn't working (waiting on a replacement). Not only will it save me time, time that I don't have right now, but it will be so nice to not have to do it myself. They have secured a life-long customer in me and I will continue to go there for all my laundry/dry cleaning needs.Most definitely, without a doubt, I will be recommending Village Cleaners to all my friends and family on the central coast! This place is truly the real deal.

Have dry-cleaned several rugs here, and some clothes. The most recent rug was a real issue, though it was the rug's fault not the cleaners. The run smelled fine when I bought it second-hand, but a terrible "wet dog" smell came out when I cleaned it. Owner was great - tried to use enzymes on it, but it didn't work. Tried my own enzymes, didn't work. I ended up giving it away for free!! Morale of the story is not to purchase rugs from people who own pets. I "donated" $20 to help cover the extra cleaning solution and time, although he didn't charge me for the supplemental cleaning. I haven't worn the shirts I had cleaned here yet, I hope the under-arm smell was removed. This is always a problem for me and I don't know until I wear the top again if the cleaning removes the odor. I will definitely return here for my future dry-cleaning needs. It is convenient to my home and the workers are nice and friendly.

Super people run this place. And it's wonderful a small town like Morro Bay has all the services that most large towns offer. We are spoiled by fine establishments like this drycleaner! Thank you for being there!
