With the windstorms that hit earlier this year, our roof was in need of some repair. Top tier came out very quickly and explained the situation including the fact our roof was made incorrectly. He gave a general estimate of what it would take to fix it correctly, but I never felt pushed into it and we went ahead with the basic repairs instead. When we finally do decide to pull the trigger on a full roof repair, we will be calling Top Tier for sure.

After putting off getting a new roof, as I knew it would be a hefty expense, I contacted several roofing contractors for quotes. Gil came out quickly to give an estimate. Top Tier was very competitive in their pricing. Gil was very friendly and didn't try to upsell me. After reading through their reviews and scheduling timeline, I felt comfortable with going with them. I thought I knew the exact color I wanted, until Gil dropped off some samples. Top Tier was very accomodating to my situation. I had major damage due to previous owner's solar install. I got a few quotes however due to cost, and to ensure this didn't happen again I decided to start the project on my own. I was able to replace 5 rotten 4x8 sheets of OSB with help from a neighbor (big shout out to Horea) and replace a large amount of insulation (previous was rafter open-cell, which was completely soaking by this point in water), and I had started work on the underlayment.
