Grandparents were selling & moving out of CA. SERVPRO helped pack, store & move our stuff to storage and cleaned the house, fixed small issues and painted the property. They were a recommended referral from our Realtor.
Their staff was very polite & friendly, not surprised (2 of the 4 staff were Marines… Hoorah!)
Matt and his team did a great job. They came out right away and got to work! He helped alleviate all my concerns and helped me throughout the entire process with fast and knowledgeable responses. We had some water damage and the team was able to get out there quickly, diagnose the problem, and recommend solutions; those included a trusted roofer. We had a good experience with them.
