Just like the previous reviews I just read, they need to explain to their drivers that it is absolutely unprofessional to have road rage when driving a company vehicle. It seems the driver was unhappy with my merge so he decided to flip me off, flash his brights and tailgate me for the better part of a few miles, until I changed lanes to escape him. I will never recommend this company, which is a shame because the company I work for is in need of a new HVAC company. Teach your drivers professionalism.

I don't know anything about their service, but their trucks drive recklessly. I witnessed one speeding, tailgating at an excessive speed and then completely ran a stop sign at high speed on September 21, 2020 on No Name Uno at Buena Vista Avenue in Gilroy. An attempt to call in a complaint on this reckless driver resulting in a voice mail mid-day. This is the only type of review they have on Yelp so I guess that it's only a matter of time until they hurt somebody.

Received great service from Paragon Mechanical. Doug Dienelt was introduced prior to his arrival and was able to diagnose the issue and fix VERY EFFICIENTLY!This is in addition to texts from Kevin in the early morning confirming my voicemail request and followed by a call back from the office to give window of timeframe for arrival.Great work!
