Don't waste your time. In the middle of a simple order that should have taken 3 to 5 minutes to fill, they were still trying to decide if they could accommodate my request. When I asked to talk to the manager, the clerk advised me that the manager didn't speak English, creating more obstacles to communicating my request. Lots of noise in the background didn't help either. So I ended the phone call and went to "the cottage" where I received stellar service.

I have to agree with the reviewer that has been hidden but should not be (see 'is not recommended' review on the next page). If there is no address confirmation that a business exists, why does yelp hide it? I called the # and talked to Emily, the order seemed fine. I also believe its a scam. If you can't go to a floral shop I have to agree it does not exist, or exists in someone's garage. I ordered a 100th birthday gift for a family member, order was plant arrangement $84.99. It showed 6 on the photot, they got 3. I talked to her on the phone for balloons, she said she'd include 2. Recipient got none. Very sad. Look elsewhere.

I am so very disappointed in the order my mom received for her 81st Birthday. I paid extra for the deluxe it was supposed to be a glass pumpkin with a lid which I thought was so beautiful what could go wrong. I ended up paying almost 100.00 . But why not use a local florist thought I was doing something good. These were to be delivered on the next day on her birthdayI kept calling to find out where the delivery was as it was getting late almost 5:00 and no flowers my mom thought I forgot about her.Finally the arrangement arrived it was not Deluxe It was not in an orange pumpkin . It did not have a lid attached. The arrangement was small in a white pumpkin with no lid. I tried calling sine they opened to maybe work something out no one answers the phone there. Almost as they no they did a sloppy job.I asked if they would just take her the orange pumpkin with the lid. I got no response . People do not use this florist use Flower Cottage of Morgan Hill I don't know why I didn't use them again.I've been trying to post a photo of what I was supposed receive im having problems with the photos...
