I definitely recommend Cristal's amazing services and sacred healing space. Tucked away in a private space, the room is decorated in such a warm and welcoming way. The heated bed, cozy bedding, comfortable bed, calming music, and charming low lighting allows for total relaxation. Her techniques combine approaches I've never received in a traditional massage, including some light stretching before diving deeper into massaging to open up muscles and create space. It felt like it helped prepare the muscles for the massage and integrate the work unfolding. Highly recommend. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I got the healing touch with LAH. Cristal made sure to answer all my questions and talked me through my first massage and first reiki experience. I left feeling so relaxed and my energy felt light. The place is so beautiful and the energy of the place is warm and cozy. Will definitely be going again.

I had been having some back muscle discomfort for a couple of weeks and was in desperate need of a massage! I found Cristal and made an appt with her the next morning. Her booking process is super easy and convenient being online. Her location is so cute! You walk inside her location and it's decorated so beautifully and just brings a calming peace to you once you walk in. Cristal was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable right away. I chose the deep tissue massage to help work out some of the muscles that had been bothering me and Cristal did a great job making me feel relaxed but also getting those kinks out where they needed to be worked out a little harder.... read full review
