J C heating installed our air conditioner 5 years ago here in vista del Lago in Scotts valley and we could not be happier! The insulation went fast and clean and they hauled the old one away! Our unit runs as good today (95 in Scotts valley today has me thinking of JC Heating) as it did the first day! Their team will help you and communicate promptly when in need! I highly recommend them to all !

My forced air heating system would not turn on. I called several local vendors but JC Heating was the only one who called backed. Now this was in November, not a good time to expect the winter work load. I do have a wood stove and had heat to carry us over and I let them know that. They booked me out 3 weeks and I was good with that. They showed up on time and Dave, the Tech, was personal and very informative. In the end I had a circuit breaker that had tripped and he found the problem quickly.
