Here is my account of the experience I had with Fresh & Clean Housekeeping:I had requested for a quote on on 10/20/23 and received the quote the same day. We had scheduled the appointment a few days later (10/25/23 - today/day of review) for 1PM and the maids would be at my home within 15 minutes after 1PM. Now they were late but I figured they just had trouble finding my place which was understandable. Second time using Fresh & Clean for a move-in cleaning and I really really enjoy their company! Easy to schedule and they make the place squeaky clean :) . Will continue to use them for future cleanings and recommend to others!
This is my first time requesting cleaning services and I'm very impressed. For our house, 3 ladies came (before time, love that!) and were very thorough with the service. The best thing I loved was that they were smiling and didn't mind me asking questions :) They took around 90 minutes for 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Everything looked sparkly and smelled fresh after the service. I will definitely call them again. Erika is very prompt with her responses and clear on t&c - with a checklist of what will be covered and what not. This helped in reducing confusion. Thank you to everyone!
