Dwayne and his fellow employees are hard working and knowledgeable in their trade. I felt they gave us reasonable price for amazing work. My family will continue to have Dwayne as our primary plumber and other home repairs.

I purchased a brand new washer and dryer which the company installed late on a Wednesday afternoon. They turned on the washer and told me that I would be able to use it once the first cycle was complete. When I came back a couple of hours later I found my entire laundry room under water. The company could not come out for several days to fix the problem (really?!?!) so I went to work looking for a plumber that could help me quickly. I called about 7 different places early Thursday morning and Big Picture returned my call within 30 minutes and they were out here in a couple of hours. I found Dwayne and his brother to be very kind to begin with...then found their professionalism right up there with their kindness. The job(s) we're done quickly and with perfect results!
