The haircut was good but the customer service when I was ready to pay definitely needs improvement. When my stylist rang me up I told her that I would be redeeming my points for a free haircut. The system wouldn't allow her to use my points for a free haircut. She called 1 manager on the phone who said I would just have to use 400 points but only get a $10 discount. Thankfully my stylist knew that wasn't right and called a different manager who tried to figure it out then told the stylist to make a note of the transaction and she would figure it out at a later date. Daniela was great! Super welcoming. Cutting my hair always bring me anxiety, but Daniela made me feel very comfortable. I appreciated daniela opinions/recommendations i would ask for.

Very clean and welcoming always polite worth the money spent
Stylist: She was amazing and very talented I was treated with the upmost respect and kindness I will keep going here from now on
