Never again!Arrived short staffed and charged us extra for the additional time it took.We had to re-mop our floors as whatever they used left them sticky and tracking footprints.Broke our stovetop and claimed it was already like that, which it wasn't.
SHE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN NEVER SHOW UP!!!!! I've never heard of someone requesting payment upfront before they even show up, but I still paid anyway. I paid Taylor $500 upfront for 2 cleanings and 1 floor washing....she showed up once and did a horrible job! This is also after my husband and I gave her $300 to get her bald tires on her car fixed just because we didn't want her driving her kids around in a death trap. When I paid her I paid through Zelle like I had done once before instead of to her husband's Venmo account. Never showed up despite confirming on the day of that they would be at my house at 10:30 am nor would they respond to my texts and calls when I tried to contact them to get an updated ETA. Frankly, I'm very upset and disappointed as I really needed these areas of my house to be cleaned on the day I scheduled it, and now it's too late to find a replacement.
