Never again!Arrived short staffed and charged us extra for the additional time it took.We had to re-mop our floors as whatever they used left them sticky and tracking footprints.Broke our stovetop and claimed it was already like that, which it wasn't.

SHE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN NEVER SHOW UP!!!!! I've never heard of someone requesting payment upfront before they even show up, but I still paid anyway. I paid Taylor $500 upfront for 2 cleanings and 1 floor washing....she showed up once and did a horrible job! This is also after my husband and I gave her $300 to get her bald tires on her car fixed just because we didn't want her driving her kids around in a death trap. When I paid her I paid through Zelle like I had done once before instead of to her husband's Venmo account. She told me that account had been closed...turns out it wasn't it was overdrawn so the payment went to the bank and not to her. She tried to tell me that there was fraud and asked that I send the money again. I ALREADY PAID IT!!! Then she had the nerve to text me asking "are you honestly ok with my family being in a predicament of being $450 short this month? if there is anything you can do... I mean make small payments and receive an extra 3 cleanings for the month"Like it's my fault she is overdrawn???? then she tried to guilt me saying her business would have to get shut down over this.Not to mention the one time she did show up after I had prepaid this money, the cleaning was HORRIBLE!!! I have a 4000 sf house and she was in and out in less than 2 hours, you can't even clean the floors in that amount of time. STAY AWAY!!! BEWARE!!! DO NOT EVER USE TAYLOR'S SERVICES! SHE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND A MESS!!!!!

Never showed up despite confirming on the day of that they would be at my house at 10:30 am nor would they respond to my texts and calls when I tried to contact them to get an updated ETA. Frankly, I'm very upset and disappointed as I really needed these areas of my house to be cleaned on the day I scheduled it, and now it's too late to find a replacement. Definitely my fault for putting faith in a new company to actually show up and do the work they promised on a date so close to when I needed it done, so lesson learned there.I honestly don't understand why you would book me at a time, then confirm that time the day of, and then never update me when things change. I'm not upset that things changed, that happens all the time with these kinds of services, and I would not have held it against them had I been properly updated. What I do hold against them is their unprofessional behavior and poor communication. I was hoping I would receive the same service as the other reviewers, but I guess it just wasn't meant to be.If you actually need your house cleaned on time and by people who act professional, I highly recommend trying another company.
