I had a nail in my tire on my Mercedes Benz coupe since car kept turning off stating that it was a safety issue.
I contacted AAA to get a tow truck at 7:30 pm and was scheduled to get picked up by tow company after 9:35 pm.
I went ahead and called Sanchez towing and they arrived within 10 minutes of my call. The driver was very polite and professional. I was home by 9:15 pm. I am grateful that they were able to do the tow and get me and my car safe before the time provided by AAA town company. Would call them again for future services.
Luis came to tow my car, he was very professional and even looked to see what was wrong with it, wouldn't have noticed my front left caliper busted. He towed my vehicle safely to the nearest auto shop and lowered it without any problems or damages. Would ask for him to come tow again if I'm around the area and need help.
