The only reason I give a three star review is because of the doctor that I had at this facility but I had to make a change because the staff is super rude and confrontational. The pictures you see of staff standing around and talking amongst each other and not really caring about the patients or their work is real as you can see. I don't think I've ever been treated worse at any other facility and I've had enough and that's why I made the switch. It seems like everyone that works for the doctors staff wise is always in a bad mood or in their own feelings somehow when the patients are the reason they're employed! I highly recommend this place, Maria Chavez(respiratory therapist) is very knowledgeable and kind she went above and beyond my mom, she made us feel comfortable and was very patient I also loved that she spoke spanish and that helped my mother understand she explained everything to detail.Thank you Maria for everything ?
I'm writing this review on behalf of the care that my 96 year old grandmother received here. She was taken to the ER and ultimately needed to be admitted to the hospital. I will say it did take a while for her to get a room in the hospital, but regardless of that she always received great care from every person she encountered. She had previously been to the ER in Hemet and what a completely opposite experience she had there vs. RUHSMC. Hemet couldn't get her out of their facility fast enough regardless of the care she needed. RUHSMC truly cared about my grandmother and her well being and provided excellent service.
