I've been going to him over 10yrs! best service ever! I can't believe the reviews I'm reading! we owe EVERY year, based on our income but Mr. Penigar is professional and punctual. We always laugh with him and swap stories. it's very personal and doesn't feel intimidating .

I met Charles 6 yrs ago. I had received a letter that I owed $9,000 from tax ye 2012. After Charles looked it up my last tax preparer has made a dollar mistake that caused a red flag to audit my 1099.

Charles is amazing. For years I never got a tax return back I was in debt to the IRS for thousands of dollars thanks to him I am out of debt and I receive a refund every year I can't thank him enough. I would suggest that you all stop going to these H&R Block's and Hewitt Jackson because all they're doing is taking your money and not getting you back what you deserve.
