I will start by describing the wonderful environment. It is professional, clean and comfortable. You walk in and instantly feel calm and at ease. The providers are the best I’ve ever had. They listen to their clients and work together with them to give them the best possible care. They are compassionate, encouraging, and considerate to your every need. My provider specifically, Keena, is a beautifully kind and supportive woman. She has had my best interest every step of the way. She prioritizes my emotional health and listens and understands me like no other provider has. Truly a wonderful place with wonderful staff. Thank you to the receptionist (I never sat in the lobby, they were prepared for my appointment)to nurse Abril who was very patient and attentive when doing intake in my medical history and making me feel comfortable with disclosing confidential health concerns, and my newly appointed PHP Dr Jaspriya Singh ,who was very thorough and understanding, made for an extremely pleasing visit today. i always come here and have been since i was younger and i like it honestly but my calls never get answered or my calls get transferred then hung up on, then they call me back the next day in the morning when im asleep. haven't been able to make an appointment in a while, and when it comes to psychiatry it takes a whole month just to be able to talk to my psychiatrist to switch meds or check up.
