I came in to get my labwork and urine sample and it was a seamless experience. From a warm welcome with reception to a smooth process with Connie taking my blood samples! Usually it takes around 5 pokes but Connie did it the first time around! :)
The 4 starts is only because the scheduling can be hectic but I know how corporate health works so its not the Providers fault I just wanted to say how pleased and grateful I am to my OB team during my daughters birth I was so nervous I had a birth plan and they didnt dismiss it they were attentive and calm my OB was Rebecca and I remember Ira the Nurse he was so sweet and gentle I heard so many horror stories about giving birth in a hospital they were the best though thankyou again
I am 28 weeks pregnant and go to Moreno Valley kaiser. They are always kind and caring. Just got my blood work done and Luis was so gentle and kind. Appreciate their patience and smiles.
