Doctor is great however, the front desk is HORRIBLE. Rude and lack patience and empathy. Get another career if you can't handle basic questions from THE Doctors patients. YOU aren't the doctor or owner and need to humble yourself. Things went down hill after Daisy left.

I chose this Dr. as recently as one month ago, and I've found that it's next to impossible to actually talk to anyone, as I've called the Moreno Valley office, and the Riverside office multiple times and hearing the same exact recorded message at both locations. Multiple calls between 09:00 am to 5:00 pm and never able to speak to an actual person has me greatly concerned. God forbid any real emergencies that are to be directed by this PCP seems like you're out of luck for sure. As many of these nonentities are simply ripping off your insurance company, and they're on board with it as well.

I have been seeing Dr Cheng for 20+ years and have only great things to say. Now, i think it's important to realize the patient-doctor relationship relies heavily on the profile of people, I.e. what works for some may not work for others. Personally, I appreciate Dr Cheng's approach... very high level thinking, structured, scientific, and to the point. I have an R&D/ Engineering profile and his style suits me well. The results of having him as my primary have been beneficial to my health and I will be forever thankful to him.
