This is a review based on my experience with John in 2023. John came on a short notice to repair our leaky kitchen drain connection. The metal pipe fitting in the wall was old but serviceable. The metal nipple screwed into it however was rusted and crumbly. John made a repair assessment that was cost effective and yet of dependable durability. He was meticulous with the main repair job and reworked surrounding disposer pipe connections that needed some attention. His fee was reasonable. I was very satisfied with the quality of his work.

John replaced a toilet for us. We caught him coming back from vacation but he still worked us into his schedule within two days. Normally, a toilet replacement is fairly routine but this job had a hitch due to a bad material choice made as part of a previous installation by another plumber. The worst case solution would have added several hundred dollars to the cost and made same day replacement impossible. John devised a work around that succeeded and helped me to breathe easier. Pricing came in as he forecast. It is the second job he has done for me and I would not hesitate to hire him for a third time.

John was terrific. He came to install two barroom faucets and was timely in his arrival and completed his work within the time he had estimated. There was an unknown complication with the existing plumbing which he fixed for us at no charge. He is a likeable dude.
