Called and left a voicemail message for Nick. Promptly received a text letting me know he would call me in 20 minutes. Fast Forward: Spoke with Nick and he immediately put me at ease by letting me know he could save the info on my hard drive (feel that breeze? It's me finally exhaling after a l-o-n-g night). I drove to Nick's - what a nice guy! SUPER intelligent and very down to earth about his incredible talents. I don't want to divulge "trade secrets" (capes, magic wands, etc.), but he really did magically get my laptop working, provided me with a robust external hard drive that he built right in front of me (CRAZY!!), repaired the inside (SUPER techy stuff), cleaned out the inside (ahem, I have 3 cats and their hair gets in EVERYWHERE, evidently), and ran some double-triple checks on it. Voilà! My laptop is as good as new! Just, like, that... Sure, Nick made it look easy and entertained me with techy stories, but I KNOW what he did was pure Tech Talent ;-) So, to wrap this gem up, let me re-cap some highlights about Nick and his services: * Very fast! * Very professional! * Very nice * Incredibly talented and knowledgeable * Very fair prices Now, I know this laptop of mine will eventually go to computer heaven and when that happens, I'll be reaching out to Nick for a new laptop and his advice and guidance. “Ok let me start out by saying this is the best customer service I have ever received from a business! The service was incredible and I say that with no hesitation or pressure at all. I needed my MacBook Air laptop screen fixed and internally it was cracked all of a sudden which was weird cause u didn't drop it or hit it at all just opened it recently and it was like that so not sure what happened. But apparently Apple has had a problem with internally cracked screens on the 2020 M1 MacBook airs and this spontaneously happening. Anyway I send a quick message to Aztec Data within minutes they reply and say hey we can come pick it up fix it and bring it back! I was like no way they could have it back to me the same day but literally Jerry had it back to me within an 1.5 hours!!!!! That's insanely amazing service!!!! I called around to other places and I got same 1 to 2 week response for when they could get my laptop back to me but Jerry literally came picked it up no questions asked and changed my screen for an amazing price the same day!!! Screw Apple honestly if anyone reviews them and they need a service go to Aztec data supply they have amazing service and will literally get what you need done the same day! Our main design computer crashed. I called and Darren answered. I explained the urgency of the situation and Carlo was onsite in about 1.5 hrs. Turns out the motherboard died. He quickly gave us the options for a new motherboard, and once we decided on the one we wanted, he packed up our desktop and said he will be back tomorrow with the computer. The next day he returned before noon with our computer. The thing looked & ran like it was brand new. He updated the operating system and installed all our printers/peripherals and connected it to the network. While he was here, we had him do some fixes to our other computers & printers.
Carlo saved us! Without this computer we were stuck.
