I have never been here before this year, mostly because I did not notice it inside the store, but my vision insurance policy can be used here, so my family used Target Optical for contact lenses and glasses this year and we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent choices of eyewear and the very helpful staff. They’ve gone above and beyond to help me even with eyewear issues that I did not come in there for (such as to help fix a pair of glasses I was wearing at the time but had not purchased these). “Over a month ago I bought some new Gucci sunglasses, and noticed the other day that one of the arms was on the verge of falling off. And it did just that soon after. Glasses weren't broken; the tiny screws/washers simply needed to be tightened. Which surprised me...I've owned many pairs of shades and always make sure to take care of them. These were the first I've ever had that fell apart on me in such a manner, let alone so soon. Of course, it was just past the 30 day window from the purchase date, so the place I bought them from more or less told me to kick rocks. Definitely frustrating, especially considering what I paid for them and that it's only been a month and some change. In lieu of sending them back to Gucci, I thought I'd try a local business first. Around lunch, I dropped them off. Came back a couple hours later, and they seem like new. Nice and tight, like they were never broken. Price was fair, and I'm crossing my fingers they stay this way.
