I had several bad experiences here for which I had blamed myself, but shouldn't have. Treatments were not fully explained, "treatment plans" that I was asked to sign were insufficiently clear, and work done was much more severe than had been explained.(Imagine signing a plan with a chimney sweep who listed "sweep chimney, wipe each brick in chimney, and/or remove chimney". You'd expect to be clued-in if the last option was being pursued, right? But, why's it even listed that way??) I have gone to dental smile studio for years now and I have zero complaints! The best dentist office I've ever been to. Staff is extremely friendly, profesional and accommodating. Reminders on appointments, goodie bags Togo after every visit and now during Covid-19 era, they take every precaution to make me and any guest feel safe and comfortable. Highly recommend if looking for a new dentist or wanting to change from their current!!!

They are always prompt and accommodating. I’ve never had a problem here
