I visited Tito's based on social media recommendations and ads. I brought in a completely ruined shoe and asked for new soles, a new dye job, and essentially a complete overhaul because I loved the old pair. After reading some reviews, I was skeptical and unsure about the outcome. I worked closely with them to ensure the repair was exactly what I wanted, and I had to be patient with the three-week turnaround time. In the end, I was very satisfied with the job they did. I would recommend them, but make sure to get everything you want in writing to avoid any confusion or mistakes. I gave them 5 stars for making it right and collaborating with me on the repair. I felt their service was very fair, and if you need any adjustments or are unhappy with the work, they will work with you. That, to me, is good customer service, and the quality of work was amazing in the end.

I am so grateful for Dr. Paul Jang and his staff during my visit with them. I was suffering from a tooth ache and his whole staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The dental assistant was so kind and gently with me while taking an x-ray of my tooth. Unfortunately, I had an infection and the doctor was able to explain what needed to be done and also explain what would happen if I didn’t get treatment. He is very knowledgeable and was thorough with his assessment and diagnosis. I had my treatment done and my tooth feels better! Thank you so much!

The evening before school started and we walked in without an appointment. They were very friendly and accommodating and took us right away. David listened to what my son wanted and gave him a great cut.
Second time here and brought my 5 yr old son here as well to get his haircut. The guys were all super friendly with him and I. They got us in right away. They even put on a kid friendly movie for him and the other kids in the place for them to watch.
Very clean nail spa that offers all the newest treatments. I chose chrome gel polish for my toes and nails. It looks fantastic and the nail techs were awesome ?
Went here today with two friends and enjoyed pedicures after brunch. They were able to fit us all in with short notice. Pedicure technicians were detailed and great. When we left, we were relaxed and happy! Thank you for the great service! We will be back!
I had a great experience at So Cal Nails in Moorpark. I walked in on a Thursday afternoon without an appointment and Michelle took me right away. She spent time on my feet, which were in terrible shape. We were laughing the whole time. She was sweet and conscientious.

All I can say is ask for Elle. Great price and quality. $70 $80 with tip, for a full set gelx with design and small letter charms. I really loved how she looked at my fingers and hands to make sure the nails were straight. This girl knows how to do nails. The nails lasted for 3 weeks not one chip or break. I could have got a simple fill and kept them longer, but I just did it for valentine's. You can kinda see my nails in these pics, I didn't take any close-ups

Sheena is so knowledgeable and compassionate about her work. I am truly thankful that I’ve been able to learn from her. I never learned a skin care routine and she taught me the basics and wasn’t pushy about having a 10 step process. I have such a hard time making time for myself with being a mom, work and all the other chaos in our day. But, Sheena’s touch is so relaxing and gentle. Book with her, you won’t regret it.

I’ve been taking my dogs here for 11 years and Dr. Gonda and his team are the best. The office staff is always friendly and competent too. My dogs actually like going to the vet and are happy to see everyone at Arroyo Vista Vet.
Not posting to help Dr. Mason she doesn’t need my review but for families. This is the vet we wished we found 7 years ago when we got our dog! She is amazing. She takes the time with you and addresses all your concerns. She is amazing with animals- our dog likes her and is skiddish with other vets. Shes more “low-interventionist” than high. She is affordable. She is natural minded! Will not shame you if you don’t want to vax or spay/neuter your animal. However, she is also very supportive of your treatment choices and will vax if that’s what you want or if you want to spay. She is highly supportive of a natural food/real food diet for your animal. I especially love that she will give you treatment options that are cost effective (often free) that you can do at home. She is the best vet I have ever had. My only “wish” is that she had urgent care or “emergency” hours or that you could get in quickly next day when needed. She is booked out 2-4 wks at a time and although they will book you when there are cancelations in a high need time, it just doesn’t happen. I forgot to mention she will also CALL you back and speak with you personally, on her OWN time. I forget the issue we had but it was prior to coming to her for the first time and she called to explain something to me. ? Extended hours?- well Dr. Mason needs to be able to spend time with her family too!! All in all I cannot say enough good things about this vet. If you are natural minded this is the place for you!! I found her when I was reading another review on ANOTHER Vets site which was bad and they said they went here and it was a world different to their bad experience with an emergency pet hospital (something with abscessed tooth on dog). Thank you to that person!!!!
i had my snake aquamated through moorpark vet, and all of the staff were incredibly accomodating and caring throughout the entire process. responses and callbacks were fast, and it took me just over 2 weeks to receive my ashes, which were thoughtfully packed along with a cute wooden plaque with my snake’s imprint on it and a certificate. the process was so smooth which really eased me, and i couldn’t recommend them enough.
the aquamation itself was done through peaceful pets aquamation, which is where moorpark vet does all of their aquamations, so i also absolutely recommend them as well.
I received weekly massages from Charissa from April until last week. Especially those first few weeks when I was very out of shape and needing specialized massage she was wonderful. She's branched out in other areas as well and does a good job of them. Btw. Their house is for sale I can attest that it's super quiet there, peaceful, wonderful neighbors and sits atop The mountain in Ventura overlooking the beauty.

This great place is closed as of July 1, 2024. Carl had a big language barrier and a big heart. He said his inability to speak the language had caused him too many problems. His amazing deep tissue massages were the best I have ever had. He is a great healer and a kind man. I wish him great success in whatever he does next.
