I had a fantastic experience at this facility! Dr. Tony and his staff make sure every patient feels welcomed and well-cared for from the moment they walk in. The front desk support staff greeted me and all other patients with a warm smile. Dr. Tony is great at attending to each patient's needs and listening to their concerns. They truly care about taking care of all of their patients' needs and ensuring they have an effective and successful treatment experience. I recommend this facility for their professionalism and thoughtful treatment!
I highly recommend Terrapin Physical Therapy. Dr. Tony Pazzaglia and his staff are highly skilled professionals that are totally focused on the patient. I received a thorough evaluation and exercise treatment plan to improve my overall strength and lower back pain. The facility is also excellent with a well equipped gym and pool.
The best quality of care in Monterey area! Not only the therapy was competent and excellent but also each staffs’ service was warm, welcoming, and hospitable.
Dr. Tony was my physical therapist. He is knowledgeable and compassionate. There was no day I felt I did not want to come to the clinic. It always excited me to come to do PT at Terrapin clinic.
Other staffs are also very warm welcoming. If I need PT service in the future, I will definitely return to Terrapin PT clinic.
