I have been treated at Balance Physical Therapy, Monterey twice in 2024 and 2025. In 2025 Dr. Devesh Digwal who is a real knowledgeable, experienced and caring PT treated my left knee that has a torn meniscus so well that prevented any need to surgery. I have recovered now. The staff are very helpful and caring.
In 2024 Arash and his team at Balance helped me greatly with my lower back pain, and now I am fully recovered.
I highly recommend Balance PT in Monterey area.
My time in physical therapy was short, but I got a lot out of it. I learned how to add strength training into my regular routine and felt myself getting stronger. It was recommended by my doctor’s office, and I’m really glad I went. The whole crew was super friendly and helpful!
Everyone at Balance Physical Therapy at Ryan Ranch is superb!!!!...Aliza at reception!!!!..All the students learning and helping me and others during my work out....just an AMAZING staff...and the clients are friendly and nice also!!!...or patients you may call them..I always look forward to seeing everyone and working out....my back is so much better...and balance....and a very special Thank you to Devesh Digwal!...so compassionate, kind and a wonderful teacher for health and body!...thanks again..and i tell everyone i know and suggest Balance Physical Therapy
