So the last time a had a haircut here it was horrible, the barber didn't really know how to give you what you want. But I just had a haircut with a new barber who seems to know what she's doing, she was able to give me the haircut that I wanted and It only costed $12. I think that's a pretty good price for the cut.

Professional and efficient! Kim gave me an excellent fade and cleaned up all the excess clippings so no itch and no hair as I continue with my day! Better than the barber shop in the Fort Ord community.

The second star is for convenience of the location on the military base. The third star is for them being flexible about taking customers near closing time. The barber shop is typically understaffed during rushes on Monday and Tuesday's which cause wait times of an hour or more. The $8.50 military haircut is not a bargain given the basic nature of the cuts. Quality is typically poor to average and not consistent, as the adage goes, "a bad haircut only lasts a week in the military." Not that I'd trade more time for a better cut, but if you want a professional cut, head to a barber out in town. In the end, this establishment will satisfy most customers needs given the clientele.
