I first visited Montellese Family Chiropractic about 2 years ago when I threw my back out and the pain brought me to tears. Dr. Kristina gave me relief when nothing else helped!! I have chronic back, neck, and shoulder issues as a result of hypermobility, and the care I receive here on an as-needed basis has been incredibly helpful. Sometimes I’m pain-free as soon as the next day. Kristina does myofascial release in addition to gentle chiropractic adjustments, and suggests helpful stretches and exercises for maintenance. I have been coming to see Dr. Chris for the last three years. His skillset has helped my body immensely. His knowledge of ART (Active Release Therapy) and general chiropractic is what my body needs after several rounds of golf. I live out of state but visit the Peninsula extensively during the summer. If I am in the area, other times of the year, I will schedule a session. He has also assisted me with sharing exercises /stretching and proper form.

I have been to many chiropractors over the years, and I found this practice to be the best so far. The Team is most considerate about the care And after care, they even call to check in on you! They are not the group that keeps one coming back week after week. They are determined to set you up for a fast and effective healing. I won't go anywhere else and I love it that they have set up an office in mid-valley!
