My cousin and I walked in and we were greeted by Lexi, she is a fun loving person. She was tattooing at the moment so she said to come back. We don't mind because Schooners was down the block. She called us and we were on our way. She designed a beautiful tattoo for my cousin and I and we are super happy for the simple anchor and a small heart so she listened to what we were asking for. I had to come back to get a touch up but we are in love with our tattoos! Thanks Lexi!

My experience at Iron Crown Tattoo was nothing less than exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the shop, Orlando made me feel like family. Orlando took the concept of a tattoo I had in my mind and made it into a beautiful work of art that I adore. He answered all my questions and explained the tattoo process in detail. Lexi and Eric were also very friendly and welcoming! They treat all their clients like family. I would not hesitate to recommend the artists at this shop to my loved ones and to anyone else. I will be back next time I'm in Monterey (I'm visiting from LA) to add to my sleeve!

My husband and I wanted a memento of our short time here in Monterey, so what better than matching jellyfish tattoos! We came in without an appointment and Lexi took great care of us. Lexi took the time to listen to our requests, drew it up, and was an expert in her craft. Everything was clean and neat, no question that they know what they're doing. If it weren't for me leaving, I would definitely come back for more!
