I understand we live in a wild time right now but I believe the way this situation was handled was unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment with Darlene 3 weeks in advance. 6 days before the appointment there is an email saying she has tested positive for Covid a while ago. Didn't think too much of it because the appointment is 2.5 weeks after first testing positive. 1.5 days before the appointment she cancelled it and said reschedule. No, thank you. The kicker is Darlene is still coming in to the studio the day of my appointment but for another client? It seems as a new client I was brushed off which is unfortunate.

Darlene has done my hair for many years and she is one of the top hair dressers in the Monterey peninsula. Easy to find location and free parking. Great prices and the best part of her studio is Rio, her golden retriever.
