I got 3 pants altered - have not used the cleaning service yet.I have gotten many pants tailored before and this was probably the worst experience I’ve had. The seamstress only used one safety pin after my measurement (I took length off of pants) and when I got the back, all 3 pants were too long.The sew job was done well - I couldn’t tell that the pants were altered from looking at them.Cost: I paid $20 for each pant to be altered

Very disappointed withCountry Club Cleaners. Had been using them for two years and was more or less happy with their service because they were nice, despite them being unable to remove spots on two garments previously. One day I took a jacket which was part of a new black suit that had white faux leather piping on the jacket sleeves and pockets, and on the sides of the skirt. It came back with a bleeding very dirty white which looked so ugly especially when placed near the skirt. When I took it and asked them to do something about it, they said they couldn't and blamed it on the manufacturer.
