I had a great 60 min massage that was available on a walk in basis for a great price ($62). This place is located in a central area of Monterey. I called just a few minutes ahead for two 60 min full body massages and was able to get in with no problem. I had another unpleasant interaction with the Pacific Grove ComFOOT Spa so I was wary but this location was great. My sister and I are super happy that we found this convenient location for some relaxation on our Monterey vacations.
Exceptional experience. My massage therapist knew the body, understood how to break up tension and knots, and restore my balance. I felt him spread apart the fibers of my muscles and work out knots in my tendons. I did the 30 minute foot massage and for the first time ever in my life I felt a deep relaxation during massage. I must have dosed off a bit bc I woke myself with a snort, lol. I then moved to the massage room for the body. I could feel the depth of repair that my body needed. I returned 3 days later for 30 min each again to continue the process. I did not have pain or bruising afterwards which I have had at other salons with lesser trained staff.... read full review
Great massage and service. I got the foot and body combo... I have a lot of tension everywhere and the gentleman giving me the massage totally sensed that and applied pressure where I needed it. It was strong and helped release tension. One thing I've learned is to help your masseuse help you by telling them when it's too hard or too soft. They say you get what you pay for, but in this case, I got way more value for what I paid. Will recommend and will be back. thank you!
