I'm here visiting my son and his family and from sitting too much through my back out. Made an appointment to see Lynn who fit me in thankfully. I've seen my chiropractor in Mpls for 20 years and and found them to be invaluable to my health care. Lynn was outstanding to say the least! Knew exactly what to do and how to do it. Adjusted my messed up back to relieve the tension and pain in one visit. She is very caring and thoughtful to her patients and highly skilled in what she does. I'm so thankful I found her, blessing to her and her practice.

One year ago today I was laying on the bathroom floor (fully clothed, thank god!) screaming for my mom. I was in extreme pain. I've NEVER in my life felt that kind of pain. My mom had to call an ambulance, I had no choice, I couldn't move. I had a herniated disc in my back. The ER nurse told me about Dr. Lynn Boughton, a chiropractor in Monterey. I started seeing her and she's amazing. I even went through a period where my sciatica pain was affecting my knee so bad, I thought I would need knee surgery. No it's just the nerve, it's crazy!
