This business only cares about making money. She is very rude on the phone or by text. She does not even want to have a few minutes follow-up call unless we pay another $60. We are talking about a face-time call, not in person. She charged mailing fees ($30) three times the price she paid ($9). She sent me the receipt to show it was shipped. I ordered half a month's supply and a full month's supply of skin medication, herbs and cream. The full month's supply of cream didn't come double the amount of half month. So, you'll run out fast because she wants you to order more, and pay for the shipping again. I questioned her why it was not a full month cream supply, she didn't remember what I had ordered and she got upset. We are done with her even though the skin problem has not cleared. This is pure greed!
