In my 30 years as a real estate investor and manager, I've done over 20 real estate transactions. Philip at Man Realty was among the best (if not the absolute best) agent I've worked with. He's professional, efficient, and responsive. He also knew exactly the correct pricing for our Monterey Park condo. This is a subtle, under-appreciated art. I've had agents pitch me unrealistically high prices to try to get my business. But then the house gets weak responses and goes 'stale'. On the flip side if they price it too low, it encourages an excess of low bids. Philip's pricing was spot on. I could tell immediately from the response: several solid offers on the first weekend, with one 2.5% over the asking price. We took that offer and closed within 2 weeks. No contingencies, no fussy last-minute changes, and no unreasonable repair demands. Exceptional all around... highly recommended.
