1235 Coast Village Rd suite i, Montecito“My husband and I have been here twice-both times when visiting Santa Barbara from Los Angeles.We are experienced Pilates people so were looking for somewhere close to our hotel and came across Simpatico.This is a great place -the owner is very nice and clearly very experienced so we enjoyed being able to get our Pilates session in when on vacation.The studio is a very short walk (one or 2 blocks)from the Montecito Inn and walking distance (5-10 minutes) from the Four Seasons,it is a 10 minute drive to the San Ysidro Ranch.Highly reccomend Simpatico and will return when next in Santa Barbara/Montecito“

If you've got an athletic injury, save yourself the runaround just go to Dr. Brisby and LISTEN to his advice. He's helped me and many of my friends get healthier than we ever were. And the training faculty itself is special. It's all "functional" which translates to a better ability to perform in the real world. I've worked with trainer Chris and found him to be really, really smart and helpful and just wants to help people reach their potential. Chris is wise and has seen A LOT and if you're a bit banged-up will definitely get you not only back to where you were but way better--without any risk of setbacks.“

He’s so detailed and intentional with every workout and zeros in on your form like none other.
