Was in the area, was in desperate need of a pedicure.... Thought it might be too expensive because it was in Monticeto, but it wasn't any more expensive than in my town! Was so Thankful they were able to do it. Jessica was a perfectionist and did the best pedicure I've ever had ! Thanks Pandora Nail Spa !!!

Love it here! Owner is such a girl boss! This place is perfect for a beauty day with the girls, you can hang around the plaza and enjoy a nice mani pedi, massage, whatever you want!

The technicians are very good and so are the prices. My only complaint is when you call for appointment the phone is a cell phone and the owner/manager answers. She does not ask your name for the appointment and is usually working on a patron while she is talking to you so she is rushed. You tell her what services you want and she gives you a time. At times she is so busy and rushed she doesn't always get the services you want. Usually when you are ready to pay someone needs to leave the patron to take you payment. Just please get a person at the front desk to answer the phone, book the correct appointment and take your name and payment. Poor customer service but if the above is not a problem you will be happy with the end result.
