I brought in several cashmere sweaters for cleaning. Very fast turn around, but pricey. Very disappointed that they tagged all the items with a barcode sticker that is attached using a heat gun. They use this barcode to inventory items for future visits. Now there are permanent bar codes on the labels that can not be removed. On two items the barcode was applied directly to the fabric. This practice was not told to me when dropping my clothes off. Not cool.Service: Special care fabric cleaning
