i took my daughters band pants and jacket along with her cheer outfit skirt and top,to be dry cleaned. went to pick them up and noticed they smelled and were still dirty. i asked her why they were still dirty after having them cleaned. she kept saying you didnt ask to clean them, you asked only to press(which never was said). she kept on and on your daughter outfits are dirty(sucia) so many times. i couldnt put enough logic or words to her, thats they are brought to cleaners to GET CLEANED-not pressed dirty clothes only!! so i pay for dirty clothes, walked out disappointed and totally discusted by this lady's customer service-walked out took them to another near by cleaners and had them professionally cleaned. Never again will i go there!

Do not come here unless you want to wait weeks for simple alterations and deal with an owner who is rude and unappreciative of your business. She does not give accurate timeframes for when clothes will be ready and she is overcharges considering how long she takes to get anything done. She never told me what time I. The afternoon my clothes would be ready so I came at 2:30 and she got mad and said to take my clothes elsewhere. I would not recommend to anyone. Take your business elsewhere!

DON'T GO HERE! They lose your clothes and won't pay you back for it. I left a suit for them to clean, I forgot about it and time went by. When I went to pick up my suit the rude lady that owns the place told me that a truck picks up clothes that are left behind. I asked her why she did not call before getting rid of someone clothes? I loved the stupid blank stare on her face.
