Had an emergency issue with our toilet being clogged and leaking water from the base on a Saturday. I called RPM immediately and they were able to get Lee to my house within an hour. Lee explained a couple of things that were causing the leak and offered a fair price for the job.
Let me start off by saying I've never used Yelp, but Josh at this place has the best customer service I've ever dealt with in my whole entire life had a plumbing issue. Josh sent over his assistant Mark and they went over and beyond to help with my issue. These two guys are the best people to deal with if you have a plumbing issue they really worked with me and helped me out so much. I'm so grateful to Josh and Mark for helping me call them if you need them Josh is one top-notch guy.
I am so impressed with this company. They are thoroughly professional, honest, affordable with great communication. The put everything in writing in emails, rather than giving you a piece of paper. They are even open to some negotiation. I received a ridiculously expensive bid from one 5 star plumber and I had two other plumbers disagree entirely. One of the two companies was this one and it offered the best price! The company even recommended a general contractor who can help me deal with the high level of moisture under my house in an affordable way. I would give this company six stars if that was an option!
