I enjoy this urgent care due to the fact that it's always a quick visit. The wait time is very decent, I have never waited more then 15 minutes to be seen and out by no more than an hour. Very professional staff work here
I brought my dad in a wheelchair due to a severe lumbar arthritis pain. We came in 3 mins before 8 pm closing on a Saturday. Despite of this, the staff were pleasant and efficient. Dr. Diaz was a great doctor, he was thorough in examining and explaining my dad’s issue after the Xray including his care plan. Most importantly, his treatment worked on my dad, it’s been 3 days post visit and he is able to walk again.
Urgent care doesn't have radiology tech onsite. One is on call. Check in is done via Phresia. Annoying and confusing for some patients who do not understand the advertising /marketing process. When you're sick, the last thing you want to do is be solicited by drug companies. PIH must be getting kickbacks for this scam. Care is okay but must make more improvements.
