Stopped in for some products. The place was well stocked, and the front cashier Ashley promptly greeted and offered her assistance. Decided on my purchase and met Ashley once again. Simple in and out. Got to the car, glanced at my receipt, and realized that I was overcharged. Went back in and explained the situation to Jennifer as Ashley was occupied assisting another customer. Jennifer mentioned that Ashley was in training and she needed to correct the transaction. No big deal, I will wait. Ashley walked on over and apologized. She made a phone call to the manager, Jen, who instructed her on what to do. The difference in cash was given, and I was out. My experience with Ashley was great. Being new, she had a welcoming attitude and showed her willingness to help. My experience with Jennifer was bland and not very customer oriented. Maybe she had a rough day. On another note, I had a Visa GC that I wanted to use. Unfortunately, Jennifer mentioned that they do not accept Visa GCs because they do not have the chip. This was disappointing ‍.

Fui por 2 cortes de cabello uno para mi hija y otro para mi. A pesar de mostrar una foto para el corte de mi hija, se lo dejaron igual, no se notaba para nada el corte, ni se lo lavaron. En mi caso la estilista si entendió el corte, a mi si me lavaron el cabello, pero me dejaron pelos cortados por todos lados. No es lo que esperaba en servicio....

Vicky has been cutting my hair and my son for approximately 5 years. She even trimmed my eyebrows today, lol! Very reasonable price for a haircut including shampoo (Don't know about women's ). The salon's always clean and courteous staff members who welcomes us when we enter the salon.
