I've been getting a lot of phone calls from the phone number that is connected with this office. I always think it's creepy when they resort to somehow getting ahold of a personal cell phone number and call endlessly. This isn't good business. This is annoying harassment.

THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! Not even worth the 1 star rating. My father passed away and left us his home and a vacant lot next door. MONICA RAMOS, the most unprofessional agent I have ever experienced in my life, she was our agent. BEWARE!! We had to hire an attorney and through the whole process she was uncooperative. We asked for copies of the documents, she refused to send them and brushed me off. She yelled during conference calls and her broker had to remind her to be professional. She hung up when our attorney asked for information. Threatened to hold our close out checks if "I" did not deliver the keys to her bc she refused to meet me. And then called... read full review
